COMPETITION GEAR RENTAL FORM

Gear is available to CFC Competition Group members and to students who are enrolled in the Intermed./Adv. classes by reservation.  I need time to get equipment into shape. 

 Fill out a Competition Gear Sign-Out Form one week ahead of time!

Gear is due back at CFC the following MONDAY.  Make plans to get it there!
Need it longer ?  Special arrangements can be made.

Rental fees are due when you pick up gear.

Save yourself some time - plan ahead.  Print out several copies so you have them on hand when your schedule gets busy !
